RALEIGH, N.C. -- A week ago, an NBA scout from a Western Conference playoff team settled into his seat at Florida State to watch Virginia's ACC opener against the Seminoles. There to evaluate players from both teams, he asked out loud about just one prospect before tipoff: "What's wrong with Joe Harris?"
