What Conveniences are You Willing to Splurge On?

Today I took the plunge and decided to test out a grocery delivery service. Living in a city, my grocery options tend to be limited to insanely high priced "convenience" stores, walking a mile uphill (quite literally) to the nearest Whole Foods, or making a weekly trip to the 'burbs to stock up on essentials. Usually I end up doing a mix of all three.
