Several trillion tweets ago – back in November of last year, to be precise - Japanese confectionary company Pocky joined the stellar elite of the social media universe with a record-breaking Twitter campaign. In the space of just 24 hours, content related to the brand was tweeted or retweeted 3,710,044 times. Cue popping champagne corks in the marketing department and an entry in the Guinness Book of Records.
