Regulator Deletes Brokers' Red Flags

A Wall Street regulator "routinely" strips out red flags on brokers, a study said. The study follows a Wall Street Journal analysis that found more than 1,600 stockbrokers have bankruptcies or criminal charges in their past that weren't reported.
