TV highlights: 'Dancing With the Stars' returns

RETURNING SHOW: Back for its 18th season, "Dancing With the Stars" (ABC at 8) has 12 new celebrities on the dance floor, including Drew Carey, Billy Dee Williams, NeNe Leakes and Cody Simpson. Also new this season: Viewers can vote to switch celebrity dance pairings at some point in the show, and sports reporter Erin Andrews replaces Brooke Burke as co-host.
