Hey, isn't that Adm. James Winnefeld, the vice chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff, crossing the finish line of Saturday's Rock 'n' Roll half-marathon in two hours, six minutes and 17 seconds. That's some pretty fast brass for a 57-year-old.
