In trading on Tuesday, the Biotech ETF (BBH) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.3% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Pharmacyclics (PCYC), up about 8.5% and shares of Celgene (CELG), up about 4.6% on the day.
