Tuesday Sector Laggards: Defense, Water Utilities

In trading on Tuesday, defense shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.3%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of Arotech (ARTX), off about 9.5% and shares of Alliant Techsystems (ATK) down about 1.3% on the day.
