Washington Redskins, DeSean Jackson continue negotiations

The Washington Redskins on Tuesday continued their courtship of wide receiver DeSean Jackson and were believed to have made progress toward a deal. But as of Tuesday evening, the two sides had yet to finalize an agreement, three people with knowledge of the situation said.
