North Korea's space program isn't known for triumphs. Pyongyang has tried to send a satellite into orbit several times, but most of those attempts were total flops. Will a new, shiny logo help get Pyongyang's space program off the ground? On Monday, the newly minted design for the National Aerospace Development Administration, or NADA, was unveiled one year after it was created.
