Several years ago I watched a program on A&E's Biography program, the 100 Most Influential People of the Millennium. Amongst the countdown were some of my heroes: Vasco de Gama, Simon Bolivar, Thomas Hobbes, Benjamin Franklin, Pablo Picasso, F.D.
