For its premiere in a new time slot, "2 Broke Girls" (CBS at 8 p.m.) has Lindsay Lohan guest starring as an indecisive bride who calls on Max and Caroline to make her a cake. A live, two-hour "Dancing With the Stars" (ABC at 8) has the celebrity dance pairings performing and one contestant getting booted from the competition.
