Monday's ETF with Unusual Volume: XSD

The SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Monday, with over 120,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 44,000.  Shares of XSD were up about 1.3% on the day.
