Hey, isn't that Comedian Jay Leno, dropping by the Hay-Adams hotel Saturday night to perform at a joint birthday party for local businessman and author Tom Blair and his wife, Alice. The candle-blowing couple surprised the 100 or so guests, including former secretary of state Colin Powell and his wife, Alma, with a comedy routine by the former "Tonight Show" host during the swanky rooftop soiree.
