The PowerShares Dynamic Energy Exploration & Production Portfolio ETF (PXE) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Monday, with over 32,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 28,000.  Shares of PXE were up about 0.1% on the day.
