Here's when Dark Souls 2 PC will unlock on Steam today

The PC version of Dark Souls II will unlock on Steam today, Bandai Namco has announced. The unlock time will be April 24 at 15:00 PDT, 18:00 EDT, 23:00 BST, or whatever corresponding time that is in your local region. The game is due to go on sale worldwide tomorrow, except for the UK where physical copies have been delayed for an additional week.
