Hey isn't that... former "The View" co-host Star Jones having lunch at Teddy & The Bully Bar just south of Dupont Circle on Wednesday afternoon. Jones and two unidentified friends were joined at the bar by the former prosecutor's constant four-legged companion, Pinky, who tagged along in Jones's purse.
