Private Team Hopes to Contact 36-Year-Old NASA Probe This Week

A private group preparing to repurpose a 36-year-old spacecraft from afar is in Puerto Rico this week, trying to make contact with the International Sun-Earth Explorer 3 (ISEE-3) probe with the powerful Arecibo Telescope.
