Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PID

The PowerShares International Dividend Achievers Portfolio ETF (PID) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 976,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 175,000.  Shares of PID were down about 0.6% on the day.
