Wednesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: GWX

The SPDR S&P International Small Cap ETF (GWX) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 1.3 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 61,000.  Shares of GWX were up about 0.6% on the day.
