Thursday's ETF with Unusual Volume: XSD

The SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Thursday, with over 301,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 98,000.  Shares of XSD were up about 0.5% on the day.
