Guide4GameS: There are total 100 City Hotspots that can be checked in Watch Dogs. Find them all and unlock an achievement/trophy (Geolocated Check in at every Hotspot) will award you 30 Gamerscore or a silver trophy. You will also see lots of beautiful landmarks.
