Nearly 19 million cancer survivors in the U.S. by 2024, new report estimates

The number of cancer survivors in the United States, currently estimated to be 14.5 million, will grow to almost 19 million by 2024, a new report says. The findings suggest that even though cancer incidence rates have been decreasing for ten years, the number of cancer survivors is growing.
