Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PBD

The PowerShares Global Clean Energy Portfolio ETF (PBD) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 169,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 70,000.  Shares of PBD were down about 0.5% on the day.
