Thursday's ETF Movers: KRE, XLU

In trading on Thursday, the SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF (KRE) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.4% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Western Alliance Bancorp (WAL), up about 2.8% and shares of East West Bancorp (EWBC), up about 2.8% on the day.
