Microsoft adds stream processing to its cloud & expands it in Iowa & Virginia

Microsoft chief executive Satya Nadella won't stop saying it's now a cloud-first, mobile-first world. It's not crazy, then, to expect Microsoft to keep being aggressive in the burgeoning public-cloud business.
