Jay Z, No Doubt, Tiesto To Headline Global Citizen Festival

On September 27th, Jay Z will join No Doubt, Tiësto, fun., Carrie Underwood and The Roots as a headliner at the third annual Global Citizen Festival in front of an expected crowd of 60,000 on the Great Lawn in Central Park.
