In trading on Tuesday, the iShares U.S. Telecommunications ETF (IYZ) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 3.2% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Frontier Communications (FTR), up about 16.1% and shares of Windstream Holdings (WIN), up about 15.3% on the day.
