President Obama likes a good tune ... and has even attempted to carry one of his own for a crowd at a campaign event a few years ago. So it wasn't much a of surprise that the White House brought in pop star Katy Perry for an unannounced performance at a reception honoring the Special Olympics on Thursday night.
