Chicago, Glenview to pay $195K in case of cops lying on stand

The City of Chicago and the Village of Glenview agreed to pay about $195,000 to settle a federal civil lawsuit filed after a Cook County judge accused a group of Glenview and Chicago police officers of lying on a witness stand during a drug case hearing, according to court records.
