In trading on Friday, the SPDR S&P Homebuilders ETF (XHB) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.2% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of William Lyon Homes (WLH), up about 5.2% and shares of Taylor Morrison Home (TMHC), up about 4.2% on the day.
