Astrophysicists report radioactive cobalt in supernova explosion

A group of astrophysicists, including researchers from MIPT, has detected the formation of radioactive cobalt during a supernova explosion, lending credence to a corresponding theory of supernova explosions. Details are given in the journal Nature.
