Tuesday Sector Leaders: Energy, Utilities

In afternoon trading on Tuesday, Energy stocks are the best performing sector, higher by 1.6%. Within that group, EOG Resources (NYSE: EOG) and Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) are two large stocks leading the way, showing a gain of 3.7% and 3.1%, respectively.
