Top Rank's Abregu to fight Golden Boy's Ali

Welterweight contender Luis Carlos Abregu, a Top Rank fighter, and Sadam Ali, the 2008 U.S. Olympian promoted by Golden Boy, will meet in a 10-round bout on Nov. 8 at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
