In a season with beauty looks so minimal that "sweaty" qualified as a trend, it's downright refreshing to see a statement like the one makeup master Tom Pecheux created for Elie Saab. Backstage at the designer's Paris show on Monday, Pecheux blended two MAC Eye Shadows, Steamy and Freshwater, to create an aquatic ombré effect on model's eyes.
