Lady Gaga asking for $1.4 million from songwriter that sued her for alleged plagiarism

A few years back in 2011, Rebecca Francescatti sued Lady Gaga. She claimed that Gaga's song 'Judas' ripped off her 1999 song 'Juda' due to their identical titles and four similar 16th notes which seems like a pretty petty cause to sue someone for plagiarism over, and the US judge who presided over the case thought so too.
