Monday's ETF Movers: ILF, XBI

In trading on Monday, the iShares Latin America 40 ETF (ILF) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 5.1% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Petroleo Brasileiro (PBR.A), up about 16.1% and shares of Banco Bradesco (BBD), up about 11.5% on the day.
