Before & After: A $1 Retro Rack is Revived

Chelsea found this gem at a local swapper's day right outside Columbus, Ohio (I think we can all agree that sounds like paradise). She tells us she saw this little retro magazine rack from a distance and "immediately redirected my steps towards this great piece." We sure know how it feels to be pulled to a project and luckily this one only cost a buck!
