The S&P 500, NASDAQ Composite Dow Jones Industrial Average are all higher at this point on Monday afternoon. Some of the most actively traded stocks include Bank of America (BAC) up 1%, CSX Corp. (CSX) higher by 8.9%, Apple (AAPL) up 0.65%, Facebook (FB) up 2% and Sirius XM (SIRI) up 2.8%.
