Monday's ETF Movers: ILF, XOP

In trading on Monday, the iShares Latin America 40 ETF (ILF) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 4.4% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Petroleo Brasileiro (PBR.A), up about 10.9% and shares of Banco Bradesco (BBD), up about 9.3% on the day.
