Wednesday Sector Laggards: Cigarettes & Tobacco, Electric Utilities

In trading on Wednesday, cigarettes & tobacco shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 3.3%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of 22nd Century Group (XXII), off about 11.2% and shares of Vector Group (VGR) off about 4.2% on the day.
