Restoration Hardware has signed a $250 million, 15-year lease on 9-19 Ninth Avenue, the former Pastis building. The renovations will add 70,000 square feet and three stories to the currently two-story building. It's also rumored that RH has plans for a hotel, this might be the location, and that Pastis may reopen inside.
