The worst performing sector as of midday Thursday is the Utilities sector, not showing much of a gain. Within that group, PG&E (NYSE: PCG) and Wisconsin Energy (NYSE: WEC) are two of the day's laggards, showing a loss of 2.0% and 1.6%, respectively. Among utilities ETFs, one ETF following the sector is the Utilities Select Sector SPDR ETF (AMEX: XLU), which is down 0.1% on the day, and up 15.30% year-to-date.
