Apple's Mac sales surge 20% to 5.5M, proving one company still makes must-have PCs

Today Apple reported 5,520,000 Mac sales and 2,641,000 iPod sales within its fourth-quarter earnings report. Predictably, Mac sales are up year over year and iPod sales continue to decline.
