In trading on Wednesday, the iShares U.S. Utilities ETF (IDU) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.7% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of NRG Energy (NRG), up about 2.5% and shares of Calpine (CPN), up about 2.1% on the day.
