Tuesday's ETF Movers: XOP, XLU

In trading on Tuesday, the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF (XOP) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.9% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Clean Energy Fuels (CLNE), up about 9.4% and shares of W&T Offshore (WTI), up about 7.6% on the day.
