Looks like Breezy's twist-filled Washington legal saga is over. Singer Chris Brown paid "just over" $100,000 to the Maryland man he punched in the nose last year during a scuffle outside the W hotel, our colleague Keith Alexander reports. Parker Adams, a 25-year-old from Beltsville, had sued the crooner for $3 million for injuries he sustained in the incident, in which authorities say Brown hit Adams after he posed for a picture with the star.
