Satya Nadella, Here's How To Get Women To Come Back To Microsoft

After outraging women by suggesting they not ask for raises—and later apologizing—Microsoft chief executive Satya Nadella spoke openly about his challenges in holding onto female employees at an event in San Francisco recently.  “How do we get women to come back after they’ve taken a break?” he asked, according to a CNET report.
