LOS ANGELES -- At the Museum of Jurassic Technology in Los Angeles, Megan Amram lands at her favorite exhibit: a room dedicated to unorthodox medical cures. There are tiny ant eggs on a spoon said to cure lovesickness, dioramas dedicated to reproductive rights and the demonic qualities a woman possesses after childbirth, and a duck sticking its beak into a person's mouth, which we're told is an ancient cure for thrush.
