Spectra Energy (SE) has announced a 10.5% increase in the quarterly cash dividend on its common stock to $0.37 per share, or $1.48 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on December 9, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2014.
